Why is my schedule for auto-unlock door not working or working partially?

  • Ensure that the full configuration and updated time and date has been individually sent to the panel upon firmware update or after schedule update;
  • Ensure that the access point’s “auto-unlock schedule” is not set to “Never”;
  • Ensure that the date/time for the panel has been set correctly;
  • Ensure that the scheduling is split into two periods for schedules with times after midnight; and
  • Ensure that the firmware to the controller is up-to-date.
