Vaughan, ON – The Mircom Group of Companies, a global provider of advanced fire life safety systems and communication products is pleased to announce the availability of the new Mircom FX-2000 Series extended enclosure.

The new model is equipped with one intelligent SLC loop, 4 Class A/B (Style Z/Y) notification appliance circuits, 16 LED annunciation points and a 12 Amp power supply.  This new FX-2000 model provides space to mount one internal annunciation module such as the RAX-1048TZ as well as 9 adder modules such as the SGM-1004A or ALC-396S.  The extended enclosure is ideal for applications that require more than 16 LED annunciation zones.  With the addition of a RAX-1048TZ this FX-2000 model can provide up to 64 zones of LED annunciation.

This new extended FX-2000 enclosure is listed by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and ULC (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada).
