New Return Material Authorization Process

Over the course of the last two weeks the Mircom Group of Companies (MGC), including Mircom, Secutron, Summit and UEC have been conducting a web based Return Material Authorization pilot project.  This trial involved customers and MGC branches creating Return Material Authorization and RMA Status requests online at www.mircom.com/RMA.  The web based RMA request and RMA status inquiry modules are another addition to our 24 / 7 on-line access to information that includes our e-ticket system and Technical Support Forum.  The MGC Technical Support Portal provides customers with access to information and allows clients to submit inquiries on their schedule.  Our policy is to respond to the vast majority of inquiries on the same day with a 24 hour response to inquiries that arrive late in the day or once the office is closed.

Due to the success of the RMA on-line request and RMA on-line status inquiry process MGC is pleased to implement this new practice across all its subsidiaries.  Effective September 14th, 2010 the on-line RMA process will be the primary method to access Return Material Authorization numbers and Repair / Return Status requests.

Going forward, to request a new RMA or receive feedback on the status of a current RMA please visit www.mircom.com/RMA; simply complete the on-line form and the information requested will be emailed to you directly.

The www.mircom.com/RMA link also contains the MGC RMA Terms and Conditions, Return Instructions and a copy of the MGC warranty; the only true 36 month warranty in the industry.
