Mircom sponsors Schools for the Children of the World Canada.



The target was $30,000 and we exceeded $55,000!! As a result we have already started preliminary work for the school in Portillo Norte.

The heavy lifting for this success was by the golf committee: John Gregoris, Dave Snelgrove, Mario Covatta, Bryan Blackert, K.J. Fernado, Maureen O'Shaughnessy and especially the chair, Robert Antonel who was outstanding.  And a special thanks to our Board of Directors, primarily John Gregoris and Annette MacDonald along with Tania Antenucci, Maureen O'Shaughnessy, Dave Snelgrove, Dylan Marando and Ron McKnight.

Please take note that next year we will do it again.  The tentative date is Thursday September 16, 2010.
