HELP! I love the new display and capabilaties of the new product, just have one problem.....cant hear it loud enough on speaker. When i bump the speaker volume up on the speaker level settings, it seems to resort to level 7 (default) if i go past level 10. The unit is dialing thru a pots line, to a tennant that is using a cable modem phone line that is low in volume. If i could get level 15 (max) to stick, it would probably do the trick. Any help would be appreciated.....thanks, Rich

Hi Richard - if you contact tech support they might have a trick to allow you to set the volume permanently above level 10 - good luck!
