Our average repair time to repair and return a product is 10 working days from the date the product is received.

That said, we understand that some situations are not average and turn times for repairs can be accelerated - when requesting your Return Material Authorization please indicate the nature of your requirement to our RMA or Technical Staff and we will do everything possible to accelerate your repair.

In addition, we offer a Replacement Board program. For a variety of boards, you may purchase an 'in stock', 'off the shelf' replacement board. Upon purchasing this board you may return the faulty board in the Replacement Board packaging with the appropriate RMA number and you will receive back the credit for the purchased board less the associated repair cost. In essence, you receive a fully functional board immediately at no extra cost.
