Return Material Authorization Request

The Mircom Group of Companies, which includes Mircom, Secutron, Summit and UEC is pleased to announce a new on-line based Return Material Authorization Process. Effective immediately all Return Material Authorization Requests can be made on-line at www.mircom.com/rma.

From this portal customers will be able to raise RMA requests and obtain information concerning the status of any Return Material Authorizations that have been previously submitted.

With the growth of the Mircom Group of Companies, our recent acquisition of UEC and our global customer base this new 24 hour 7 day a week web based RMA service was the next logical step in the development of our Customer Support offering.

Our next schedule service offering, scheduled for next month, will be an on-line replacement board request template. This template will enable customers to quickly request replacement boards using simple drop down menus.
